Donation of Building MaterialsHabitat for Humanity of Winchester-Frederick County encourages the donation of NEW building materials that meet existing specifications for use on Habitat homes.

Donations of Subcontractor Services
Professional services are required on Habitat work sites for masonry, HVAC installation, electrical wiring, plumbing and other services. Habitat builds throughout the year and can schedule donors during any month. To offer your services on a Habitat project please contact us at 540-662-7066 for a copy of our house plans and material lists.
Donations of Non-Construction Services
In addition to building homes, Habitat for Humanity of Winchester- Frederick County manages over 30 active mortgages and the sale of 4-6 homes each year. The office at 145 Baker St. houses 3 full and 3 part-time employees and volunteers. The business of building and selling homes requires professional skills that are often generously offered by local donors. Lawyers, Accountants, Office help, Marketing Specialists, and Financial Counselors have all contributed their time and resources to help us pursue the Habitat mission of eliminating substandard housing.
