House Sponsorship Options for Corporate Partners

Habitat for Humanity of Winchester-Frederick partners with local businesses to build affordable housing situation in our community. There are a number of different sponsorship levels:

Full House Sponsor – Full house sponsors are essential Habitat Partners, enabling Habitat to continue to meet the needs of low-income families in Winchester-Frederick County. Corporations and businesses that commit to a full house sponsorship show civic leadership in their commitment to end poverty housing and empower families in their community. A house sponsor commits to donate $75,000 to Habitat to cover the cost of construction for one home. This donation entitles the donor to the exclusive sponsorship of a Habitat home. Benefits include:

• A special opportunity to meet and get to know the partner family
• Press releases distributed to all major media outlets in Winchester-Frederick County
• High visibility signage located at the site indicating the company’s sponsorship for the duration of the build
• Opportunity to have employees/members from your company/organization to provide the labor needed to complete the construction and enjoy the experience and joy of working with Habitat for Humanity
• Recognition as a corporate/local business/organization partner on the Habitat for Humanity of Winchester-Frederick County website

Half House Sponsor – A half house sponsor contributes $37, 5000 to the construction of a single Habitat home.

• A special opportunity to meet and get to know the family
• Press releases distributed to all major media outlets in Winchester-Frederick County
• High visibility signage located at the site indicating the company’s sponsorship for the duration of the build
• Opportunity to have employees/members from your company/organization to provide the labor needed to complete the construction and enjoy the experience and joy of working with Habitat for Humanity
• Recognition as a corporate/local business/organization partner on the Habitat for Humanity of Winchester-Frederick County website

Framing Sponsor – A framing sponsor contributes $15,000 for the lumber package, roofing and siding materials for a single Habitat home.

• Press releases distributed to all major media outlets in Winchester-Frederick County
• Signage located at the site indicating the company’s sponsorship for the duration of the build
• Opportunity to have employees/members from your company/organization to provide the labor needed to complete the construction and enjoy the experience and joy of working with Habitat for Humanity
• Recognition as a corporate/local business partner on the Habitat for Humanity of Winchester-Frederick County website.

Utilities Sponsor – A utilities sponsor contributes $5,000, the approximate cost of electrical and plumbing materials for one Habitat house.

• Signage located on the site indicating the company’s sponsorship for the duration of the build.
• Recognition as a corporate/local business partner on the Habitat for Humanity of Winchester-Frederick County website.
